Ok, guys n dolls, ... here's the big question...

Which Movie Jukebox do you think is the best?

We have 10 choices ... so, ... first go to my Jukebox Demo webpage, ... and watch all the videos, and then make your pick for the best!
(no cheating either, just becasue you use a particular movie jukebox, ... don't just blatantly vote for that one, ... go ahead and take the time to view the videos of all the contenders before you make your choice)

The areas you should be looking at are:

1. Which one has the best overall graphics?
2. Best Index Menu?
3. Best index Genre/Catagory selection popup?
4. Best Movie Details page?
5. Best TV index?
6. Best TV Details page?
7. Best "ease-of use"
8. Best features?

These are some of the things you should be considering when you place your vote.

The topic should be changed. its not really the best but more of which one each user uses and likes.

I use multiple movie jukeboxes, i use 5150 for movies and robinsexcal for tv shows so only able to vote once defeats the purpose of voting due to simultaneous usage.


Most jukeboxes have their pros and cons too, it seems that the better the jukebox looks the slower it gets. Robinsexcal use to be slow on my A100 but it flies on my C200, Aeon is still slow on both.

So in short i cannot vote due to using multiple simultaneously, if there was a end all solution i would love it but that takes time.

I can predict that Oversight will score badly on 1-6 when it comes out of beta
But I'm sure the shootout will be useful for many !

I use two different too. Revamp 1.1 for movies and Aeon for TV shows so I can't really vote for any of them.

UMC is the only contender IMO but its miles off without a decent skin....

I think you should add YAMJ with default... as i'm almost 100% possitive the majority of yamj users use the default skin.

For instance... yamj gets about 12-15,000 downloads each release. The highest number of downloads i've seen for any skin is like 1-2,000. So mathmatically i think the default skin is crushing all the others

Ya, that's the way I use it. I guess I'm just too lazy to mess with other skins. It looks ok with the default, shows me the the info I want and so why screw up a good thing.
