How to format my HDD back to NTFS?
i took out the HDD that i had in my PCH and put it into my PC but its not being detected. Is it because the HDD is formatted as a ext2/3 (i'm not sur which one)? what am i doing wrong or can PCH format the HDD back to how it was originally?

RE: How to format my HDD back to NTFS?
Its not being detect how -- you mean a drive letter did not show up.. then yes that is do to a format windows does not understand.
Or do you mean in disk manager it does not show it with an unknown file type.. You should use disk manager, and just delete the partition, and then create whatever partitions you want and format them. |
