Don't forget anyone who uses iSkin is using PLoNK(-csi) as well

iSkin: YAMJ for iOS, Android, Chrome or Safari. Supports Series 1-4 (Series 2-4 Flash compatible and zero-config multi-shares)

RE: PLoNK - Popcorn Hour Android Remote Controll - Alpha release 091127
Looks like starting media playback w/ PLoNK doesn't work when a flash interface is running on the NMT (NMJ or eVersion). I guess it makes sense since what PLoNK is actually doing is loading an HTML page that auto-plays the media file.

Anybody have any clever ideas of how to get around this (other than simply not using a flash interface)?

RE: PLoNK - Popcorn Hour Android Remote Controll - Alpha release 091127
I've done a search on this thread but nothing arise... my question is if this app is usable also with the A-210.
A-210 (under the hood = A-200) shouldn't be so different from C-200...

Thanks in advance Smile

RE: PLoNK - Popcorn Hour Android Remote Controll - Alpha release 091127
The A-200 firmware is derived from the C-200 firmware, so there shouldn't be important differences regarding apps. I'm pretty sure you can use it on the A-210 as well.

Media Player: Popcorn Hour C-200 (with Samsung SpinPoint HM500JI, Lite-On iHOS104-37 and Alpha WMP-ND02 WLAN-Module)
TV: Grundig Vivance 32 LXW 82-6710 REF
Receiver: Topfield 5000 PVRt (with 160 GB HD)
Sound: LG FB162-DOU
NAS: Netgear ReadyNAS NVX RNDX400E

RE: PLoNK - Popcorn Hour Android Remote Controll - Alpha release 091127
I would like to use PAX to stream content from my android to my NMT. I just can't figure out what is required on the NMT to catch and play the stream. Would someone be so kind as to point me in the right direction.

Thanks.

RE: PLoNK - Popcorn Hour Android Remote Controll - Alpha release 091127
Hi all,

I've started looking into android based remote control for the popcorn hour A100. My IR port on the PCH seems to not be working right. Anyways I played with MediatankController and now I'm playing with PLoNK. So far it works great but I'm having trouble with a few of my shares not showing up.

I have 4 shares
1) Family (which contains two subfolders of videos)
2) Movies
3) Shows (contains multiple folders)
4) Root (my whole media drive)

They all show up under the /NETWORK_SHARE/. When I click on Movies it loads all my movies like it supposed to. But when I click on Family, Shows, or Root I get nothing. I've been trying to debug it but I'm having some problems but I believe its in the LLink itself but not sure. If anyone has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
BlueKalel
