Web Services Show Weird Page... And A Web Browser Exists?
Just got my NMT last week, so far so awesome. I was messing around with the buttons, however, and noticed that anything that you access from the web services menu is actually a web page (sorry if this is not new information). Open up sayaTV, internet radio, MSP anything, whatever, and hit info on the remote and you're entering a URL.
Thing is though, I did something (can't figure out what it was, because the result is so bizarre), that I can't get back to the default page for any of the services. Mainly because I don't know the url for each Web Service. If anyone knows what each of the urls are, that'd be great, but other than that I can't seem to access anything now . Is a firmware reinstall required here? This is the only thing that is weird for me, everything else is perfect. What I find so bizarre here is that all of the Web Services open up to some spanish online poker site, which makes no sense since I've never even seen this site before in my life! ![]() Anyways, any help would be nice, and I thought I'd point out the whole "It's a browser!" thing, just in case it was new. |

Ah, so I misposted. If you go to a webservice and press Title on the remote, you get the url entry bar. Is this all old news to everyone? I didn't find this information in the wiki... Anyways. That said, anyone know what the web services urls are?

Yes its old news and has been there since A100 days.
Its not a full scale browser and until the C200 probably didnt have the cpu power to be useful in that way. Webservices are expalined on the WIKI:- http://www.networkedmediatank.com/wiki/i...b_Services Go into community and access the plugins there. Some web streams: http://www.networkedmediatank.com/wiki/i...Webstreams A400: SSD+SD Card(Apps), HDMI A300: USB(Apps), HDMI C200: USB(Apps), BD SH-B083L(SB01), HDMI CAT6 Wired Network: TV TX-P42G20, HP ProCurve 1400-8G, Netgear GS-608/605, Synology CS407 |

RE: Web Services Show Weird Page... And A Web Browser Exists?
Just recently I've been getting the same wierd webpage in Spanish. Last week all the web services worked normally but they no longer do. Has anyone found a fix?

Hey, I'm not going crazy! I have no idea how to correctly solve the problem, but nonetheless is has gone away for me. The problem corrected itself when I installed a hard drive into the unit, and installed the nmt user apps. No more weird spanish poker web page. Just thought I'd mention it. |

hello! I solved this problem by just switching off...waiting for some minutes and then turned the NMT on again. After this I could connect to MSP and the other Web Service without problem. I think it all reloaded again.

RE: Web Services Show Weird Page... And A Web Browser Exists?
I'd bet good money this was caused by the wget/dns cache bug
http://www.networkedmediatank.com/showth...?tid=32162 Not sure why Syabas(?) wasted their time and effort modifying wget and breaking it in the process. Note when an Domain changes IP, every NMT in that part of the world has to be rebooted to pick it up. Oversight: Jukebox | FeedTime: Automatic nzbs |
