Yamj not seeing files in folders on PCH

I have my PCH and pc setup with a network share. I have my movies setup like this: pc files are on E:Movies and pch is Z:Videos. Each movie is in its own folder, i.e,
E:Movies\28 days later 2002 DVDrip\28 days later.2002.dvdrip.Xvid.avi
or
Z:Video\Batman Begins 2005 720p\Batman Begins.720p.BluRay.DTS.x264.mkv

well, yamj will scan and find the files on the local E:Movies folder, even within each individual folder, but it won't find the files within the folders in Z:Video. it does see them if they are out of the individual folders.

is there a setting that i can change so yamj will scan 1 more folder deep?

I was just using the basic pch interface since i had it and putting each movie in it's own folder was easier for me and kept me from scrolling through pages and pages of tv episodes.

YAMJ will always scan the full depth of the directory tree. I suspect that you're permissions are not right on the PCH to allow it to scan deeper.
Can you read the directories with a DOS "dir Z:\videos/s" command?

no, it says file not found.

ko, so i figured out how to change the permissions, but when i click apply, windows denies the changes
