RE: Oversight Jukebox r652-testing/r595-testing
Hi, Age is not the release date of the movie. It is meant to reflect the arrival of new content to watch.
Age is either the age of the file (in the case of full scans), OR the time it was scanned (in the case of incremental scans). Having said that, there are a few glitches with it! Sometimes a movie will remain displayed as the newest file, despite newer content being added. I'll check this. Ideally a delist and rescan should put it at the beginning. But it may not! I will log this as an issue. Oversight: Jukebox | FeedTime: Automatic nzbs |

maybe put an option to it:
if the scanned date is a date in the future, make it "Today" or something like it... don't know how you plan to solve it My PCH-A110 Stats | Samsung LE32A656 | Logitech Z-2300 | Harmony One Oversight | |

RE: Oversight Jukebox r652-testing
@defer, many thanks.
Regarding exit icon, I was wondering where to put it. How do people leave the application. To be honest, I dont use it myself, I just press 'Source' (which is 'Guide' on my Harmony Remote). If you want to get rid of it in a hurry edit templates/alt/any/menu.template and remove Code: [<td align=center>:EXIT_BUTTON:</td>]And also a couple of lines down change Code: [:IF($@sd):]to Code: [:IF($@sd):]Oversight: Jukebox | FeedTime: Automatic nzbs |

RE: Oversight Jukebox r652-testing
Hi Lordy,
The R662 is supposed to get "movie duration from imdb". I have checked couple of movies and I couldn't see any duration displayed. Any special thing to make it work? I'll double check. Pretty sure I had it on the TV. Maybe my build left out something...
You probably worked out you have to rescan the item already

RE: Oversight Jukebox r652-testing
Hi Lordy,
There's a very big problem with R 652. All my videos in Age order are random now! I was a bit surprised/shocked when I saw it. I think, though, I know where it might come from. I think, it is from the fact that Oversight was trying to get all the Runtimes for the Movies and series, and started displaying in age the last one that was processed. What do you think? Makes sense? (this was the only explanation I could think of because it is really random display of Posters that has nothing to do with Age (at least the previous Age criteria that Oversight was using)) The question is, how Can I get back my previous sorting? If I de-list everything and do a full scan would that help? (I would like to keep my tags of watched and unwatched) What do you recommend? HELP! ![]() Espresso Okay an update, had a look at the index.db The time stamp is in hex (I guess)! "_IT 89a20000" Full paste below _id 3096 _C M _IT 89a20000 _w 0 _T Mary And Max _s 1 _r 8.3 _G i|c|d _rt 80 _Y 2009 _F synology/Movies/High.Definition/Mary.And.Max.1080p/Mary.And.Max.2009.1080p.BluRay.x264-aAF.mkv _U tt0978762 _R : _d Adam Elliot _FT 6dca02f _DT 6dca02f _nfo Mary.And.Max.2009.1080p.BluRay.x264-aAF.nfo Maybe that's why the very random posting of the Posters? Again makes sense ![]() Mary and Max above was the last one I added, but it is showing as the last poster More than 50% of the posters had the same time stamp _IT 8ed00000 Others have _IT 89c00000 Can you make any sense of it? RE: Oversight Jukebox r652-testing
Hi - I'll have a look. The timestamp is in hex now to keep the index.db as small as possibly but reasonably legible - looks like somethings gone wrong...
The bit format is --yyyyyy yyyymmmm dddddhhh hhmmmmmm (cant use unix epoc as this cuts at 1970) then y = y + 1900 Looks like the first digit is wrong because the first two bits should be clear. I'll investigate. Don't panic though, when a fix is ready a rescan should sort it out! My current work area seems to be OK so I'll put that up to start with... RE: Oversight Jukebox r665-testing
r665-testing in CSI.
Over the next few releases I'm trying to reduce the size of the main index.db file. This means, if you subsequently downgrade to earlier versions you need to do a full rescan to get back an index.db file, that Oversight will understand. For people that peek inside index.db, there is a utility in ./bin/date.sh that will convert date formats on the command line. Oversight: Jukebox | FeedTime: Automatic nzbs |

However my problem starts soon after I start scanning files after installing the program on my HDX1000. After I see the white screen I cannot do anything but uninstall. This happens on all versions except the r571-stable version. |
