MyiHome Shuffle Doesnt show up with larger collection of Photos

Hello,

I have always used MyiHome shuffle feature at the root directory where all my photos are located. This way I can see a random slide show on my TV. From the A-110 screen on the TV, I could see the shuffle option there at every folder level.

But now, with approx 14,000 pictures, the shuffle option is gone at the root directory (top level). I have to drill down to another level below to see the shuffle option again.

I updated MyiHome to the latest v5.2.0 release for Win32, but the problem still persists.

The issue is that my family really enjoys seeing our entire Photo collection random slideshow. But now, since I cannot start a shuffle play at the top level, I can only look a specific date, which is the next level of my organization. Not so fun

If Myihome doesn't and wont ever work for a 14000+ photo collection in shuffle mode at top level, are there any other media servers that will?

Any tips or fixes are greatly appreciated.

How can I get the attention of somebody working on MyiHome to fix this issue?
