Egreat Picture jerks

Hi,

I have a Egreat M31A and 31B and both are having issues with jerking on some movies. Now the run down.

I'm running Windows 7 64bit, everything is wired and i'm running files off a Raid 0 drive and a Raid 5 drive. No it varies, some 1080 rips works fine and some 720's work fine but also have some of both that don't. Now the biggest thing is all these files use to work on both machines no problem at all. It' just started being stupid the last few days.

Anyone have nay ideas?

Have you matched the screen refresh rates to your TV capability?

eg, my TV cannot play 1080p/50 or 1080p/60, so i need to set my DVD rips to 1080i/50. If I forget and leave it on that when playing 1080p/24 content, i get stutter, and visa versa

The TV and Projector both accept full 1080p 24f and i have the boxes set tp 1080p/60 with the auto frame rate. But both TV's have work for months to almost a year with no problems until now.

Think i have found the cause but i'm not sure how to correct.

I have been playing with copying files form the Raid 5 (this raid contains all the HD stuff) to my other raid or normal HDD's. Normally it will get around 150-180mb/s transfer rate from the drive but when the movies start to jerk if i try copying a file the speeds are below 2mb/s sometimes even below 1mb/s. Any one know what would be causing this?

The Raid 5 is on a a Highpoint 8x Sata II controller. (5x HDD's)
The other raid 0 is an intel chipset on my gigabyte motherboard.(4x HDD's)
