Does anyone know if Syabas is even looking at this problem?

RE: The Definitive "Blu Ray - Problem with Playback" Thread
Apprently pointless to add to this topic, since the issues aren't addressed, but for the heck of it:
C200, firmware 03-04-120517-21-POP-408 LG GGC-H20L (even two positive entries in the compatibility list!) does not play the BBC Planet Earth Blu-ray discs. Result #3: kicked back to the menu. |

RE: The Definitive "Blu Ray - Problem with Playback" Thread
Is this "Bad Disk Region" problem solved in the new firmware (the may release, or the june RC)? Anyone tried this? I use my C200 almost daily and do not have any problems with it. Only the build in Bu-Ray drive is collecting dust, because I was never able to play any disc with it. I am only going to update the firmware if it fixes my Blu-Ray drive.

RE: The Definitive "Blu Ray - Problem with Playback" Thread
Hello,
Did just use my c200 for cd playback in my audio video set-up and for watching mt2s converted video files. I did buy a seperate blu ray after my first blu ray ever ( lord of the rings) did not work. Now i have been looking at an oppo which can handle mt2s as well so i can sell both the c200 and my blu ray. One of my co workers could be interested in the c200 so i did the firmware update and insert the LOTR. OOOH still not working so i cannot sell it as a blu ray player with some serious gimmicks. Can it be sold at all if i will be honest about its bd '' features'' ? Sincere greetings, Edward |

RE: The Definitive "Blu Ray - Problem with Playback" Thread
I am sorry if this was already discussed here, I did not find it.
Blu-ray menus do not work on my "Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy" Blu-ray (UK steelbook edition). All submenus end with animation loop but the essential pop-up menu with extras or settings or chapters selection will not show up. LG BD player shows them correctly. I have "PIP" setting switched to "on", is there anything else to change? Thanks! |
