HTTP/UPnP Server?

I've just migrated from a WHS set-up (via HP MSS) to an unRAID array. With the MSS/WHS going, I suddenly realize I also lost the UPnP server that I used for my PS3 (the built-in TVConnect).

I've been meaning to get around to installing Apache HTTP server for my PCH A-110, so I'm looking for any way to kill 2 birds with 1 stone. It doesn't appear you can serve the PS3 with Apache (if anyone disagrees, I'd love to hear how), but some have suggested there is a dual HTTP/UPnP server available here? Would it likely do what I am hoping for; serve both PCH and PS3?

If I need to go with one of the usual suspects for the PS3...ps3mediaserver, Twonky, TVersity, etc...do all of them transcode even what the PS3 will play natively? Because I'd really like to avoid that.
