Hi everybody,

Since this mod has been pretty popular, I decided to start a dedicated thread to discuss it. Besides, the Aeon Movie Wall Skin thread has become so huge, that it's hard to keep track of everything related to this mod in particular...

For those who don't know this mod yet, here's the original thread (updated) :

I made a little mod of the lowlist fo my own use, but i thought i'd share it with the community.

The main goal was to have more of the fanart visible, and to seperate the information by introducing a "header". So here it is : on the top of the page (the header), you have the general info about the movie (title, year, duration, studio logo and imdb ratings). On the lower part...everything else .

Since i don't use the trailer fonction, as well as others informations (languages, file size..), it's not present in the lowlist.xsl file (and won't be in future updates)

Of course, before you install the mod, make sure that you set the lowlist option in your skin-options.xsl file.

Installation :

It's pretty simple :

1/ Copy the 8 included png images go to the the <skin directoy>/html/pictures/dim/ .

2/ replace the lowlist.xsl file (located in the root of your skin directory) with the one in the archive

Be sure to backup every file you overwrite, and to regenerate your jukebox !

That should do it

Overscan issues : if you're experriencing overscan issues (image beeing cut at the top and bottom on your TV), feel free to give this fix a try ! :

Update#2 (08.04)
- added multiple subs support : when different subtitles are included in the container file (MKV), they are now visible (ex : en/es/fr ..etc.)
- multiple audio tracks support, just like the original lowlist, is also back !
- Custom fancy icons (subs/audio) are included

As usual, don't forget to regenerate all html files after installation

- This version has been successfully tested with YAMJ R1584 and Mediainfo CLI 0.7.30

If you already have the previous version installed, just overwrite lowlist.xsl with the included one, and regenerate all HTML files

First version (11.03.2010) :

- certification flag has been removed in the latest version : there is simply not enough room in the lower part for everything to fit in, especially if you (like me) use a lot of flags.

- CSS is now included directly in the lowlist.xsl, so no need to copy/paste code in the main CSS. It's cleaner that way, and it avoids potential conflicts with other mods.

- This version has been successfully tested with Aeon movie Wall Cleanup#3 and YAMJ R1494

Hi Sabish, great work, I'm in love with your mods.

I've noticed that in the last update(posted here) you have removed certification flags.
But, if you remeber, there was a workaround to avoid the gap in the lower part
which appears when there's no certification flag.
You suggested me the "fix" with the blank image that worked perfectly.
( YOUR FIX )

Now I see that there's no blank image in this update, so my question is: have you found another way to fix the gap issue?

Now I see that there's no blank image in this update, so my question is: have you found another way to fix the gap issue?

Thanks for the support

Look closer...there's a blank.png in the archive ! I included the very same fix i suggested you...it works just fine, so i decided to make it permanent. Besides, there were too many problems with the certification flags (the width is limited, so i prefer to givepriority to the "standard" flags, like "container", etc.). It's simpler this way, and i don't really care about certifications, so...

thanks for the mod how do i change the colouer of the year and runtime and to match the name at the moment its yellow and where do i chage it and what code to use......how to get rid of the top 250...
and also how to change the color of of the season and year on your tv2 mod can i chage the name colour also to yellow

to change the coulour of the year & runtime, edit the tv-detail.xsl and change it in the CSS code located at the begining of the file (color: #666666) :

.tvtts {
    color: #666666;
    font-weight: normal;
    font-size: 18pt;
}

Same for TvMod...

Thanks Sabish is that the code i need 666666 to make it yellow and how do i remove the top 250
so i make changes for both tv and movie in the tv details css and not in the lowlist css

EDIT its all sorted now figered it out thanks just need to remove top 250 and sabish where did you get the white flags from showing on the image of your lowlist mod ......
just having problems with custom boxes not showing oh well

To remove the Top 250, remove this lines from the tv-details.xsl :

Hi,

I just put this on my Aeon skin last night and it looks great, two things I noticed that are probably my problems, I have Transformers Revenge of the Fallen and for some reason I can get it to display the year, other films of mine have this. I have created an NFO with the IMDB link and deleted all the files related to Transformers in the Jukebox folder but still no date.

The other problem is that I have some Pixar films and the studio flag just says XAR animation studios like its too big to fit, not sure if that is something to do with this skin or just that the png is too big.

Help would be appreciated, thanks

Mmmh..theses are the standards flags included in the AEon skin by default ! You should have them enabled by default... or maybe you have installed a flag pack, like gonzalu's.. ?
