NMTDVR rc1: Automated Tv and Movie Downloads via Usenet and Torrents

After installing RC2 using NMT-CSI I get the error "404 Not FoundRequested file not exist! (404 Not Found)".
Anyone have any idea what might be wrong?

Never mind, I found out the problem. Turns out I was using nzbmatrix and the download of the nzb's wasn't working.

I got that site from the cache files and assumed it was the one I had been using. Probably it was in one of the cache files that came with the installation.

Apparently I was using nzb.su and indeed with that site it works fine again.

Would be nice if nmtdvr gave some error message indicating the problem though.

NMTDVR stopper working for me after a reinstall.

I couldn't get NMTDVR to show in Firefox so I reinstalled it, but it turned out that lighttpd was the problem. reinstalled that also and got NMTDVR back. All my favorites and feeds were wiped though.

Now I put the feeds and favorites back in, but it won't download anything. The nzb's show, but it's orange.

When I try clicking on any nzb to download manually it doesn't work either.

The application log just says something like "Updating Burn Notice S05E02 720p HDTV x264 CTU to status Failed Download". Can't find any logfiles explaining why it failed.

nzbget is working fine for manually installed nzb files. I've installed it in the Apps directory.

Anyone got an idea where i could look?

Not sure if doing something daft or not. I have got this setup, and I found how to add the RSS Feed. However, I am not sure how to set up a search filter.

In uTorrent on the PC, I was able to setup a search filter, so it would find files with a string. ie. Fringe E10 in 720p format. This was achieved by creating a filter underneath the rss feed. In NMTDVR, I just cannot figure how to do this

Can anyone advise or provide a link on info how to do this?

Greetings.

Somewhat long time NMTDVR user here, currently running it on an HDX-1000.

It has performed flawlessly since I started using it, however after the recent RC2 upgrade, it won't stay logged in at the browser. After using it for a minute or so, whatever page/dialog opens next will have the username/password prompt.

I have reinstalled NMTDVR, I have reinstalled all the NMT apps. With or without lighttpd doesn't seem to make any difference.

The only apps from CSI have installed are telnet daemon, NMTDVR, and lighttpd.

Anyone have any ideas?

I was also getting this error, when it looks like its loged you out, if face it has not, just refresh the page and it will auto log you back in.

the orignal maker has not been here for a while, ive released rc2 as i fixed a few things and thought others would like it too.

I have now moved over to couchpotato and sickbeard.

I don't suppose you have the rc1 binaries? It was working to my satisfaction. When I try to install it from CSI, the installation fails.

Most of the files in the RC1 are the same as in RC2 the only files that changed were to do with imdb and tvdb so your login problems will still happen, im not sure but think something has changed in the firmware and that why this bug is happening.

I'm having a hard time getting NMTDVR to talk to Transmission 2.21. I've tried many different url configurations to the Transmission API (http://localhost:9091, http://localhost:9091/transmission/web/, http://pch:9091/, http://:9091, and so on), but every time I end up with the orange "Failed"... What is the correct url for the Base API? and does NMTDVR even work with Transmission 2.21?

You might be better off with torrentwatch-X, NMTDVR does support torrents but as the auther is no longer about and i have moved on to couchpotato and sickbeard i dont think anyone else will look in to this for you

Yes definitely i do agree with you peterscott the torrent has failed to keep the expectations of its users and now the quality of the content on the torrent is decreasing with the increasing rate of fake uploads.

Theres your problem, I had this error to. It causes to scrip to fail and as such cause a unknown status in NZBget. I did try to track down what it was trying to MoVe but could not find it, so i just comented out that command or edited it (cant remember)

I'm having the exact same issue and was wondering if its something I need to worry about?
DOes this stop Oversight showing the new movie/episode it that what this part of the script does?
Or am I completely wrong and should just do as you say and comment this part out, if so how please in laments terms?
Is it related to NMTDVR, should I use Couch potato?

didn't find any package in opkg to resolve this, or it is not named libiconv.
