Pathfinder works, manually library path don't:(
Hmm, I have a problem I can't figure out and since the UMC thread is to big I hope to get some help here instead.
I would like to write the library path to avoid slow startup with the pathfinder. When I let the UMC scan engine run with startup my movies starts, but when I manually add the network path in libs in UMC configuration I just get blank screen: The movies in in V:\temp\moviename: My network path which is mounted at startup on C-200 is: /opt/sybhttpd/localhost.drives/NETWORK_SHARE/Blu-Ray When I add the library v:\temp I get the path below after choosing NET in dropdown and write Blu-Ray in next: file:///opt/sybhttpd/localhost.drives/NETWORK_SHARE/Blu-Ray So where do I go wrong? And can I see somewhere the direct path to the movies in the database? |

RE: Pathfinder works, manually library path don't:(
Thanks for all the suggestions. I got it working now
![]() The solution was to write the complete path. So since my videos was in videofolder on the share it should be file:///opt/sybhttpd/localhost.drives/NETWORK_SHARE/Blu-Ray/Video and NOT file:///opt/sybhttpd/localhost.drives/NETWORK_SHARE/Blu-Ray @Godzilla: Tried both with and without / and they both worked. So the / didn't matter. Thanks for the help
