Samsung demo

Hi, I try Samsung demo mp4 file- Samsung.Demo.Oceanic.Life.x264.1080p.40Mbps.mp4 . This demo have problem with sound. Sound not clearly played, but sound is very distortion. Its fw problem? On qnap nmt-1000 not problem with play this file.
