A-200: why not available from switzerland retailers?

Hi,

I ordered an A-200 from a swiss retailer, that was on 25. Feb. Until now they have orders for 41(!) devices and delivery time for all of them is "short". Now we have 27. March, so I placed my order over 2 months ago(!)

I see on your pre-order/batch forums that you ship regularly but only to users who buy the device from your home page, leaving the retailers without devices? Also other retailers in Switzerland are short of A-200 devices and A-110 is sold out.

Can you please give an estimate when swiss retailers will received their devices so they can fulfill the placed orders? If I had known that it will take over 2 months when not buying directly from your homepage I would have done that but now it's too late. I really hope you will deliver your devices soon cause every time I ask when the devices will be delivered the answer is "we don't know should already have arrived", but it's the same answer for over 2 months now.

If you take a look at the field "Verfügbar" (in english "available") it says -199, so also at this shop we have 199 pre-orders and such a high number could only mean that this shop is also waiting for devices since ages or else only a few pre-orders would exist.

So it's even worse because 199 is quite a lot. If I would go and check other popular shops like digitec.ch and others I believe that there are at least 1000(!) pre-orders at minimum if these 2 shops I was looking at alone have about 200 pre-orders.

Sorry, but I wasn't aware that the reseller information is publicly available on the website. Thanks for pointing it out, but you can imagine that I would've googled it myself instead of asking if I'd knew this. Cause most companies keep the contact information for their reseller program very secret.

It also does not say if those 199 orders have been placed at PCH or how long you have to wait for delivery.
Shipping 500 units at once gives a lot more profit than shipping 50 units each week........ problem is you have to wait 10 weeks longer...

You could try MRAK.CH in Luzern, I was told he certainly has C-200 and Dune 3.0's on the shelf last week. Pascal will probably have an idea how quickly he can get them if he has no stock.
