[OTHER] PCH supports WMV3 (Windows Media Video 9)?

Hi,

I remember that PCH supports WMV3 (Windows Media Video 9), but I could not play this file below. When I press Enter, after buffering, it plays some audio for about 1-2 sec (no picture), then returns back to the file list. I have to power/reset the PCH to get it back working with other files.b This file never works.

Please help.
