Need help to learn MSP
Hello all,

First, I'm sorry for mistakes, my english is not perfect.
Well, I'm completely beginner with MSP and I would like to know if there are some documents to learn to use it and develop.

In fact, I have a Network Media Tank (IPDVD) and I have access to MSP community... And I would like to be able to use it.

So, maybe someone would be friendly to help a little belgian guy to discover MSP ?

That would be really great.

Thx to all.
In fact, I would like to know if MSP is a way to make that some website with videos in streaming are accessible from my NetworkMediaTank ?

Is it ? If yes, could you be my Master and let me be your Padawan ?Smile

Thx to all.

RE: Need help to learn MSP
Hi,

MSP Plugins are actually just webpages with some specific HTML tags that the native browser can understand. If you know how to build websites, it's not difficult at all. For information about the HTML tags, CSS and JS check these links:
http://www.networkedmediatank.com/downlo..._v1.2.html
http://www.networkedmediatank.com/downlo...080118.htm
http://www.networkedmediatank.com/wiki/i...ipt_on_NMT
http://www.networkedmediatank.com/wiki/i...umentation

For general guidelines on MSP Plugins, register and download the SDK at:
http://www.mspsite.com

The SDK documentation is rather specific towards mspportal-hosted plugins, but there's some information in there on screen sizes, background sizes etc.

Hope this helps.

kind regards,
Floris

Learning experience of MSP is really enjoyable as it is easy to use. It helps to understand basic signal flow and lot easier than lines of code.
