no problem about maemo port, it's more generic gtk,qt development, rather than java. Great work on the application!, maybe if I buy a android tablet in the future I'll use this, would be great! Big Grin

Don't forget the Ipad. Especially when the music section in UMC is grown up. It would be so cool to navigate through your music albums and play them from your ipad (read tablet with android, webos, windows7, etc) to your stereo receiver.

Thanks for the interest!

My todo list for the next days (if I can quit starcraft 2 =)

Finish the converter to generate the smaller images
Configuration screen (to enter the box IP, required)
Sorting of the movies by name (currently by UUID, not very usefull =)

--> release of the first beta version

After that, depending on the feedback:
Support of the 100 series (seems to be slightly different for the remote)
Support of other android phones (currently designed for HTC Desire screen resolution)
Provide search functionality with autocompletion
Sorting of the movies by name (ignoring the articles)
Support for groups and series: here I don't know how it would looks like, waiting for suggestions =)
Support for music (later)
Automatic Sync with the popcorn box / computer
Convert movie rating into stars =)

That's pretty cool, I wish the movie covers could scroll that nicely on the C200.

How does it communicate with the C200? Is it through Wifi or Infrared?

Hi dzucker, yes it's through wifi (required for plonk) and my phone doesn't have infrared either =)

Awesome application!

I ordered the 10.2" Android pad last week so this will be an awesome software addition when released.

Hopefully it will run on Android pads Wink

And yes there should'nt be any difference but I think I would have to make a special version for it as I could now display much more information =)
