Looks like the same bugs as the A100 release with album art needing to be tagged a certain way to not show diagonally etc.

Sure discussions will be lively, keep the reports factual please. See existing A100 thread for some early chat on the release.

1) Apart from album art, problems appear when playing flac music. My entire cd collection is in flac.
Mp3 seems to play normal. After start playing any flac file for few seconds or skip a few times to another track screen turns black, music stops. Then i see the list off music files again, no matter what i click, no files will play.
After this no photo's can be displayed and no movies can be played. (as if memory is full)
I have to reboot the device. Please help /fix this problem. I use popcorn very much for my music collection which is 95% in flac.

[EDIT: Syabas has confirmed playback problems in some flac files, will schedule in for fixing]

All music is stored on internal drive.
I suggest to not update the firmware when you use flac music files.

2) Problem with internal HDD keeps on spinning is not fixed in this firmware. This problem started in last firmware or firmware before. In the firmwares before that this was no problem.

Is it in there or not?? As you know, the PlayON fix wasn't in the infamous Friday the 13th A100 firmware release. Is it actually in this one for A110 or are wires crossed yet again?

^^ the a110 is the same firmware as the a100. A100 comes first then is ported to the A110 so they are the same release.

Then can someone please update the list as to avoid a lot of confusion? It's the last item on the list. Just blank it out since the PlayON fix is not in there......
(I can just see someone from Syabas reviewing these items in the next firmware release and not including the PlayON fix since it's already on the list of fixes for this release!!!)

are the DTS dropout and the 1080p reboot bugs fixed?

If not: why aren't these things being addressed? Everyone has been reporting these issues for ages now.

This is A110 firmware, for those that have been playing along at home, the A110 firmware ends in 403 while the A100 firmware ends in 402

I'm sure chris57 will be along soon to fix thing up
