Downloading torrents doesn't work anymore (tracker did not respond)

I think it originally began when I updated to transmission 1.91.
No torrents started to download. When I looked at the connection to the trackers they all said:

"Tracker did not respond"

Next announce was at 0 sec all the time.

I read that an upgrade could mess things up, so I tried to uninstall 1.91 using NMT CSI, but nothing changed.

Then I tried to use ctorrent instead. That didn't work either.
Now it has been stuck like this for a while.

I can't check the ports to my NMT, but when I use transmission on my Macbook with the same ports forwarded there instead everything works perfectly fine.
That should indicate that my ISP isn't blocking - right?

I can access my nmt from my macbook, so it does have a network connection.

Please help me figure out whats wrong.
