EG-M32B File could not Play

I recently purchased EG-M32B model, I also use Xtremer media player, I purchased this model for DTS HD and DD True HD, I am glad that this model pass through both the sound format. But while testing I found that certain files do not play, this file could be played on xtreamer. the media info is below. Also found that in certain file the sound goes away after 15 - 20 seconds and the video shutters. I also updated the player to the latest firmware available.
