@Philos: I could not find the right info on the net about your display, hence my question.

to all: There is a possible relation with the hardware level of C200's motherboard. See Franck B's post.

Franck tested 2 C200's with the same FW.

The unit that functioned ok has a 0944 mark printed on the MB.
the unit that failed 60p reso has a 0945 mark.

That could mean that newer units have a different layout of the tracks running from the Sigma chip to HDMI connector, leading to a different behaviour of frequencies >3 GHz in case of 1080p 50/60
But that's just speculation from my side.

What I would like to know from the participants of this threads with simular problems:
What is your MB's hardware level, I mean, what mark do you read on your motherboard?
