[AVI] Playback freezes and no sound

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone could help me out with a few movies I have which won't playback correctly.
First thing when selecting them is that there is no sound all the way through, secondly if I fast forward it freezes and the playback is jumpy.

Here's the info about one of the files, I am guessing it has been encoded in a format the PCH does not support.
Could anyone tell me how to get it working?
