No audio with PCH C-200
Just replaced my xtreamer which was connected to Denon AVR-970 by PCH C-200. Xtreamer has worked fine so far, but with C-200, I sometimes get no audio (it lasts about 30 seonds - 3 minutes) while playing movies. There is no stuttering at that time, just no sound. Changed sereral HDMI cables with different HDMI ports IN on Denon AVR, but no help at all.
C-200 actually works fine with my Onkyo receiver at another room playing the same movies. Any help would be appreciated. |

Are you using the latest firmware on the C200?
Also I tried to google your receiver but can't find the product model (AVR-970) A200 connected to 32" Samsung UA32C5000 C200 connected to Denon 1610 AVR and 42" LG 42LH50YR Encore ENHGS-500 5 port Gigabit switch. |

a 970 doesnt exist.

Things you can try;
- Disabling HDMI Control on the Denon 790. It's under Manual Setup (Menu on remote) > HDMI Control If that works, I'll give you your options. A200 connected to 32" Samsung UA32C5000 C200 connected to Denon 1610 AVR and 42" LG 42LH50YR Encore ENHGS-500 5 port Gigabit switch. |

Ok.
You're best bet to isolating your issue to is to downgrade to the May 7 firmware. http://www.popcornhour.com/download/C200...-C200.html It uses a different set of HDMI drivers A200 connected to 32" Samsung UA32C5000 C200 connected to Denon 1610 AVR and 42" LG 42LH50YR Encore ENHGS-500 5 port Gigabit switch. |

did you also check is there is new Firmware for that Denon AVR-970?
PCH-A100/A210/C200/A400 500GB EXT3 HDD<-->HDMIv1.3<-->Onkyo TX-NR1010<-->HDMIv1.3<-->Panasonic TX-P46S10 13 NTFS USB drives on 3 hubs attached to the A300, 3 Seagate blackarmour NAS 3TB, 2 Seagate Central 4TB The inability to setup and configure the NMT should not be disguised as a defect of the box |

Call their customer support line...
I did see that the Denon HDMI repeater does not handle 1080p 50fps.... http://www.usa.denon.com/AVR_3_Digit_HDM..._v0528.pdf so it boils down to HDMI sync being lost due to 1. cable issue 2. Denon HDMI repeater fault 3. HDMI sync failure between Denon and Display 4. display HDMI response PCH-A100/A210/C200/A400 500GB EXT3 HDD<-->HDMIv1.3<-->Onkyo TX-NR1010<-->HDMIv1.3<-->Panasonic TX-P46S10 13 NTFS USB drives on 3 hubs attached to the A300, 3 Seagate blackarmour NAS 3TB, 2 Seagate Central 4TB The inability to setup and configure the NMT should not be disguised as a defect of the box |
