BD Pop-up menu

BD Pop-up menu
Most of the full blue ray films start with the main menu where you can select to play the movie, to select audio and subtitles and the extras.
With some BD movies the movie starts to play immediately and if you want to make changes you can activate the pop-up menu while the movie is playing, make your selections and continue. With C-200 I cannot find the way to bring up the pop-up menu.
Can anybody help. Thanks.

RE: BD Pop-up menu
What BD movies?
How do you rip?

Are you on full navigation in the Setup > BD/DVD/CD audio menu of the PCH?

C200 connected to Denon 1610 AVR and 42" LG 42LH50YR

I rip BD movies on a portable hard disk connected to the USB of C-200 by using DVDFab. I then select a movie from the HD and hit play. Must I do anything in the Setup > BD/DVD/CD audio menu beforehand?
Please advise. Thanks a lot.

RE: BD Pop-up menu
Ok thanks for that.

Do you have NMT Apps installed. Having NMT Apps installed ensures that the C200 has all it needs in order to play back Bluray rips including the menus of the discs your rip.

Once you have NMT Apps installed and running, you then make sure in the Setup > BD/DVD/CD Audio of the C200 to use "Full navigation".

Thanks for the quick reply.
I do have NMT Apps intalled, but having Setup > BD/DVD/CD audio menu to use full navigation how would it be possible to bring up the pop-up menu (not the main menu) by using the remote control.
Sorry for my ignorance but I appreciate your prompt reply.
Regards

Great..

Use the button marked MENU or TITLE on your remote to bring up various menus available while in the discs menu or during playback.

RE: BD Pop-up menu
It is just the way some BD's start.

I thought this was a problem back in the very early days of the C200. However it is not it is just simply the way some BD's start to play. Unlike DVD's, BD's do not always go through a menu first.

Use the menu button during playback to get the menu that you want, alternatively simply swop audio and subtitle tracks via the Audio and Subtitle buttons on your remote.

RE: BD Pop-up menu
Pressing the "Title" button on the remote usually brings up that menu. That has worked on all the discs/rips I've tried thus far.
