Custom Index link (href) help wanted

I'm working on a custom index and I almost have it done. It's working well, but there are a few links (href) I'm not sure how to create:

1) How do I go directly to the Media Service Portal?
2) How do I go directly to the Media Services Portal/Weatherbug?
3) On my sources page, there is a link to the MyIHome server running on my PC. Can I create a link (href) to go directly to it? How would I do this?

P.S. You have to change city/zcode (ZIP)/title/unit (C/F) to you own city

Where 192.168.0.199 is the IP of my desktop running myiHome did not work.

According to the Wiki page, the link should work... unless you changed the HTTP port used by myiHome (try 8000 or 8080)
