[BUG] DVD No LU Support - Language/Sub Issue

Hello,
I want to report an incomplete Implementation of DVD structure. Short explanation:
There are mainly 2 types of DVD :
1) One with a language Menu at beginning of DVD
2) The other without

Type 1) works fine.
Type 2) - using so-called LUs (Language Unit) not!

What's the Problem ?
If you open a Type-2 DVD with PGC Edit, you see there parts with several LUs. Depending on the settings of SPRM the fitting LU is chosen.
The fitting LU now contains the code to set the correct audio / Subtitle setting for your language. Here the C-200 fails because it is allways choosing the first LU(en). This behaviour can be reproduced in PGC Edit, when you set the Menu Language register of the Virtual Player to "empty" - this is SPRM(0)=0xFFFF.

Consequences
In best case you get only english menus, but at least language/subs are correct - this depends on the used dvd code. In worst case you have wrong audio/sub settings and have additionally to enter language menu.

How to resolve ?
The problem could have two reasons:
I. The sprm(0) (preferred menu language) is not correctly set for virtual player of c-200
- It should contain correct value for language menu
- This could be done easily depending on language settings of c-200

II. The code of c-200 isn't able to handle the choice of the correct LU, as this isn't done by DVD-Code but Player-Code.

So please take care of this item, a good example is Stargate Season 10 german version, here you suffer an additional delay of 20 seconds until the player shows the "default" menu. I am sure if you resolve this problem, a lot of problems relating playback of dvd structure (menu as well as audio as well as forced subs) will dissappear.
