What to do ?? wait or send back for warranty

Hi everybody,

I need your help concerning the popcorn C-200 because when I install the firmware of August or October, i have a problem with my HDMI.

The trouble is : when I install the firmware of october or august it works directly but when after few hours or the day after i want to switch on my C-200, the C-200 start without problem but i have no screen on my TV, i need to reboot several times (5 / 6 times) to obtain sometimes a screen on my TV.

We are several persons in France/Belguim who have this problem with the two last firmware and we have no problem with the firmware of May, it works directly.

Why can i do ?

1) Wait for the next firmware and may be the problem will be solved

2) To send back my C-200 in warranty ? Is it a good reason to send back for warranty ?

My TV is a Samsung LE40A676 and my C-200 is directly connected on the TV with HDMMI
