PlayOn Support Status
Having been out of the loop for a while here on the forums I tried catching up on the status of PlayOn support within the PCH-C200 but am having trouble putting my finger on where things are with respect to bug fixes within the latest firmware. Unless I missed something, the beta logs mention nothing about PlayOn fixes. Being that we are at RC4 with respect to the next firmware release for the PCH-C200 I am assuming that there will be no PlayOn fixes included when it is released. Please correct me if I am wrong.

I'm quite pleased to at least be able to play content that is being streamed by PlayOn to my PCH-C200. Unfortunately the navigation issues are still a cause for concern. After moving about the hierarchies a bit my ability to continue navigating disappears and I am forced to reboot the PCH-C200 to work with PlayOn again. Also, when I select PlayOn the item listing is a little messed up. It will show 12 items one after the other then skip a couple of lines and show part of a 13th item. If someone can tell me how to produce a screenshot I would be more than happy to do so and post it here.

Could someone from Sayabas comment on where they are at with getting the PlayOn support fixed? In the past rolandhii has worked on the fixes and commented on the status as well. I am not sure if he is still involved or not. Also, I believe that I read somewhere that werner has taken notice of the discontent of the PlayOn users and has become more hands on in making sure that a fix is in the works. In any event, I (as well as others) are quite anxious in getting a fix for the PlayOn issues. I would like to know that it is actively being worked on and some indication of when we can expect that fix to be in. I would love to know what things are standing in the way of getting this done and whether there is something I can do to help. If you need someone to specifically test the PlayOn fixes let me know. I would be more than willing to assist in that area.

I also have an A100 and and would love for it to be fixed there as well. I would be more than willing to do testing on PlayOn fixes for the A100 in addition to the C200.

Somewhat of an answer to my question above, it appears that the PlayOn issues will be fixed in the next A100 release:

I would assume that since this is fixed in the A100 we should see a fix for the C200 in the next firmware release. Can this be confirmed by anyone in development?
