Case Sensitive Renaming Problem
I recently started using Oversight/Feedtime again and when i was setting up the renaming options in Oversight i mistakenly put in /share/Video/Tv Shows/{:TITLE:}{ - Season :SEASON:}/{:NAME:} instead of /share/Video/TV Shows/{:TITLE:}{ - Season :SEASON:}/{:NAME:}
This has resulted in some odd behaviour. I have two folders in the directory now, one called TV Shows and one called Tv Shows. When i browse either directory from my computer i can only see the shows that has been moved in by oversight and the rest of the shows i have there are missing but when i browse either of those directories from my laptop i can see the shows i had downloaded before i set up oversight but can't see any of the shows i have downloaded with oversight. Both the computer and the laptop are running Windows 7. I'm hoping there is is a simple explanation! |

RE: Case Sensitive Renaming Problem
unix is case sensative, those paths are 2 different paths to unix and your only pointing to the fixed path..
easiest solution use the windows machien to move everything into the path you want to keep and currently configured and delete the one you don't care about. |

When i view either the TV Shows or the Tv shows folder it displays the same contents depending on what machine i look at it from. On the PC i can see A & B in either folder and if i add or remove files it is replicated. On the laptop i can see C, D & E in each of the folders. Oversight can see A, B, C, D & E. Does that make sense? |

RE: Case Sensitive Renaming Problem
Got it sorted by telnetting onto the popcorn and renaming the Tv Shows directory to Shows and manually moving the files out with Windows before deleting the Shows directory
