RE: NMJToolbox - A Windows editor for the NMJ (Updated 13/2/12 v1.0.4.2)
You should not have to set any compatability mode on the program, it runs fine as it is on my Win7 Pro 64 bit. What is the version of the SQLite dll you are using? Remember it was updated recently and you should be running version 1.0.66.0

The drag and drop not working is certainly indicating an issue with your windows setup and not the program. However, I do not know what could be causing that. Maybe re-installing the .Net 2.0 framework?

C200 & A210, A300 1.5TB Internal HDD in each.

Yes I am running SQLite.dll version 1.0.66.0
Mediainfo.dll is version 0.7.37.0
I am using Microfost .NET Framework version 4...maybe that is a problem ?

I see now from the website that its require .NET framework 2.0
I will try to install it.

RE: NMJToolbox - A Windows editor for the NMJ (Updated 13/2/12 v1.0.4.2)
I have a problem here when I am adding new movies via NMJ Toolbox.

I have two NAS and they are mounted virtually on the PCH 200 so that the PCH can see both of them. When NMJ scanned my two NAS and created the database the path to the movies were like this:

/NAS/MULTIMEDIA/Video/nameofmovie/
/NAS2/MULTIMEDIA/Video/nameofmovie/

as my NAS had names NAS and NAS2.

And this works fine. No problem.
When I use NMJT I have mapped the two NAS like this:
NAS = X
NAS2 = Y

When I now use the browser on NMJT and browse into my new movie I get the following path :

/MULTIMEDIA/Video/nameofmovie

and this is also the same wheter the movie is on NAS or NAS2 because I just change the letter on Actual NMT drive.

So how can I get the path: /NAS/MULTIMEDIA/Video/nameofmovie ??

My mapping is like this:

X= //192.168.0.170/public/

and under "public" there is MULTIMEDIA/Video/nameofmovie

Any hint how to solve this ?
If I only could edit the path manually on NMJT I could perhaps just put /NAS/ in front of the path but its not possible to edit the path. Just browse.

RE: NMJToolbox - A Windows editor for the NMJ (Updated 13/2/12 v1.0.4.2)
Hi,

This tool is excellent!! Thanks a lot for it. I need help however with editing my music files, it's probably a simple thing but I can't figure it out:
I have over 600 music albums in my database and I have set the genre for every album. However, in a lot of albums, the tracks have a different genre assigned to them. I tried to select multiple tracks at once to change the genre of the individual tracks, but that doesn't work. Is there a simple way to set the genre right for all the tracks?

RE: NMJToolbox - A Windows editor for the NMJ (Updated 13/2/12 v1.0.4.2)
I'm trying to find some answers here about NMJToolbox and I think I found them, but I'm not really satisfied with the conclusion.
Correct me if I'm wrong please.. You need to set the automatic (re)scan in NMJ off because it will overwrite your changes made in NMJToolbox.
That means that I have to add all new video files manual in NMJToolbox and can't use any of the automatic functions of NMJ?

That takes up a lot off time when you collect a lot of movies and episodes right?

RE: NMJToolbox - A Windows editor for the NMJ (Updated 13/2/12 v1.0.4.2)
That is correct. There is no way around it to stop NMJv1 overwriting your updates. Adding new movies/tv Shows/music only takes seconds so most people do not find it a problem. NMJv2 handles updates better as there are flags that help to stop the NMJ updating entries that a user has customised.

RE: NMJToolbox - A Windows editor for the NMJ (Updated 13/2/12 v1.0.4.2)
Hey
a question on the handling of TV-Shows and their episodes.
I am using the format showname S01E01.filextension
When adding a new show with the "New" button, in the first ("adding") window, NMJtoolbox properly adds the shows name and the season as the title, such as showname Season 1.
Now, I doubleclick on the new entry, which brings up the box to research TheTVdb.
There is no entry for the imdb-number, yet, so I have to click the button "Title" below left for the TVDB update.

First problem: the show seems to be recognized properly, but all over sudden, the title of the show (previously showname Season 1) is changed to showname Season without a Season number.
I got this with all the shows I added...

Second problem: I do get no season episode titles. On the C200, in NMJ, there is only a display of "Episode 1", "Episode 2" etc., but neither an episode title nor a episode information text.
Since TheTVdb does provide that, is that an error in the API-Call, that this information is not read at all? By chance, I discovered, that I do get an episode title, if I rename my files like
showname S01E01 episodetitle.filextension
But I guess, that is not the main goal of this editor ;-)

So: are my problems bugs or (non / not (yet) existent) feeatures...?

Thanks!

Thanks for the info STP, I managed to re-create your first problem and I will fix it now, still to get to the bottom of your second problem.

Hopefully I will have an updated version out tonight.

RE: NMJToolbox - A Windows editor for the NMJ (Updated 16/5/2012 v1.0.4.4)
Hello Everybody,

I am a new user to the PCH C200, have been and are still using my PCH-A110.

For the PCH-C200 I am using NMJ, a very handy tool (compared to al the things I had to do on the A110).

Now I try to download the NMJToolbox. However if I click on the download button for NMJ:
NMJToolbox1.0.4.4.rar
I get the download called: NMJToolbox1.0.4.4.man

So if I try to execute this files it doesnot work, must be something I am doing wrong. Any ideas??

Thanks for helping me guys!

Hi Rom,

I indeed did use the link in the first post of this thread:
NMJToolbox V1.0.4.4 - 16th May 2012 => this doesn't give a .rar file but a .man file
======
MediaInfo DLL <--You must extract & place this dll in your NMJToolbox.exe folder => THIS WORKS FINE
======
SQLite DLL<--You must extract & place this dll in your NMJToolbox.exe folder => THIS WORKS FINE
======
NMJToolbox User Guide v1.0.1.0 => THIS GIVES THE FOLLOWING ERROR AS IT OPENS ANOTHER SITE IN A NEW WINDOW:
==========
This is somewhat embarrassing, isn’t it?
It seems we can’t find what you’re looking for. Perhaps searching, or one of the links below, can help.
==========

Any ideas how this is possible?
Thanks for the reply
