suggestion for music manager
I have decided to finally organize my downloaded mp3's. My collection is a mess. Does anybody have a suggestion for a program that will analyze and organize my mp3's so that it will work with itunes? I guess I need something that will re-write the id3 tags etc... Thanks

RE: suggestion for music manager
With the newest (Aug. 2010?) update to my PCH A-110 I'm finding the PCH a great way to get music to my Denon 3808 via HDMI. The PCH doesn't care what format your music is in, it plays everything and in combination with the Denon, I'm very happy!
iTunes really isn't a bad music player and Ive found it a good tag editor, once you get the hang of the Apple interface. But iTunes doesn't work well with PCH. As far as managing music files, I prefer MP3tag. It can manage not only tags but your folders. I always keep a separate disc for music storage and when I use iTunes I import music to it in a separate folder. There's some duplicating going on there but hopefully storage space isn't an issue for you. t PCH-A110, Denon 3808, Manual Typewriters |
