After doing this it did work but now everything is too tiny to read, and the colors are all off in the menus, so in order to keep the peace at home i had to revert to YAMJ. You can create those files yourself or get them from this thread: http://www.networkedmediatank.com/showth...?tid=46095 About deleting the database. I assume that the database in located onan internal hdd in your A200. Then, do you have nmt apps installed? If so, you can delete the nmj database folder via the network. Otherwise, hook up the a200 via usb to your PC and delete the database folder from there. |

I have NMT apps installed on an internal 1TB HDD. When you say delete the NMJ database via the network you mean browse the PCH on my computer and delete a specific folder? (I have Windows set to show hidden files and folders, what is the folder I should delete?) |

I'm updating to latest firmware.
Is it normal that by 43% "programming firmware" it takes so long....... ![]() Wilco - After more than 30 minutes I had to reset the update. - Next I have to restore with old fw. - I'm giving it a second try to update with the latest fw. - It seems to work fine now. ![]() Why must this be so user unfriendly...

If i press return and it just does not go anywhere. I press Source and it takes me to the Webservices list. I press Source again and it takes me back to "request cannot be processed" I reboot the unit and got the normal share list but as soon as i press the red button it does the same thing all over again. SAME thing here!! When you first launch NMJ the thing goes crazy, and you start getting "Request cannot be processed" whatever you do. I have a PAL CRT TV, via composite video. Maybe there's a problem with 720p downscaling? |

Are you by any chance uploading or downloading files? I have come across that error before, stopped all up/downloads, solved it. They may be using all your bandwidth. My two cents, if that's not your case, someone else may have advice.

Problems with new firmware
1. Does not play AVI files anymore - When you click on an AVI there is a very long pause (2 to 3 minutes) then it returns to the folder view showing the item 2. Can't set static IP address - returns an error with the press "return" to return to previous menu. |

RE: [A-200] Firmware 02-04-101106-21-POP-411 (02-04-101104-21-POP-411 Apps) (18.11.2010)
Finally NMJ!!!
But am i the only one that has stuttering with all aac tracks? Well more specific: all aac tracks from movies i reencoded myself. I use the HEv2 profile in staxrip (i think it uses besweet to encode). All my own files worked fine on previous firmwares (tested before i started encoding). Now i have a couple of 100's of them and since september firmware they all stutter. Possibly it was related to something i don't really understand and it should be resolved... No it isn't, all the files still stutter on latest firmware! So I have to choose: I downgrade and i can play my files but i lose NMJ on which I did wait a long time, or i keep this firmware, i finally have a decent UI but i can't play 70% of the files on my PCH.... Let's say i'm not really happy... |

After installing the update and reinstall your applications stopped working samba server and ftp server, the status says that the applications work but can not enter any of the samba or by ftp.

A-200 in Moovika fanless case, with 27 May 2011 firmware. Samba network shares from PC (Win 7 Pro 64 bit) and QNAP TS-419P+ Turbo NAS via Netgear DGND3700 ADSL router. Connected to 32" CRT via s-video. Set to 720p 50Hz for NMJ to work, but have abandoned NMJ. |
