[A110] Request cannot be processed - In setup menu

Hi All,

A long time I have the following problem
When i enter my "DVD/Audio CD" and "Maintenance" menu in Setup menu, I get the following error: "Request can not be processed".
Today I downloaded firmware and install: 01-17-100516-15-POP-403-000

Unfortunately I keep getting the same error message. Who knows how I can fix this error?
