Major upgrade and bug fix.

Released 1.2.0.22: Major changes

• The DB insert is now a single transaction to lower the load on the DB
• Bug fix: multiple directors are handled correctly either if there are multiple <director> tags either if there is a "aa / bb" structure
• Bug fix: directors are not appended anymore to cast
• Bug Fix: title and search title are correctly encoded in xml format
• Change: empty folders procedure now delete the folder and recreate it.
  

On the delete folder the previous procedure was cancelling a single file at the time. On large collections this was very slow and stressing the HD.
This way is extremly quick and OS based.


Before releasing I did some stress test with reference data. It worked without issues on 2000 movies 6000 actors.
