I think, you would loose your named capturing groups <part1> and <part2>, because it's always captured to <parts>.
And, since "-" and "CD" are optionals, I don't know how it should handle something like "foo - CD1.iso"

But thats only by reading, didn't try it in Expresso.

Update:
It handles "foo - CD1" badly as movie: "foo -", but a slight change to the RegEx fixes that:
^(?<movie>.*?)(?: *(?:-|CD|part|DVD|disc|disk) *(?<parts>0*[1-9])?)+\.(?<ext>[^.]*)$

Still, the behaviour is different regarding the <parts> capture.
If you depend on <part1> and <part2> the new one wouldn't help either.
If you don't depend on <part1> and <part2> or recode accordingly, this new RegEx looks very elegant.

Maybe chudler could calm down your "Series Episodes" RegEx monster, too?
