Threaded Mode | Linear Mode

My C-200 had been working well until the 10th November firmware update, which failed with ERR022. I got an RMA number and it was received by the Repair Center on 17th November (tracking detail from DHL). It wasn't processed by them until 21st and has been sitting in that status ever since. Why on earth is it taking this long? I would have thought they would have replaced the mainboard and be done with it. Are they normally this slow???

it can be a long process your rma will probably go out the next batch that ships from pch.
