I need a tutorial to update pyload via telnet to the new version.
There is a tutorial in the pyload wiki but i do not really get it on the c200. |

I never managed to get pyload started without telnet but this workaround worked for me for updating to new pyload versions (current ver 0.4.8): - install pyload from opkg (I guess that's already done) - start pyload with telnet (python share/Apps/local/bin/pyLoadCore) - write down at least the config path (mine is eg. /opt/sybhttpd/localhost.drives/USB_DRIVE/Apps/local/etc/pyload) in the telnet window or from log file - restart PCH or telnet "killall python" - on your pc download and unpack "Source Code" version from pyload homepage - copy everything to share/Apps/local/share/pyLoad folder on your PCH share device Now it's a bit tricky: - restart pyload (I always use telnet, see above) possibility 1: everything works - fine! possibility 2: the setup starts: -follow all steps and make your decisions (usually just "return") -- set the config path you noted earlier -- take webinterface defaults (webserver 0.0.0.0:8000) possibility 3: the setup can be started or be repeated manually with "python share/Apps/local/bin/pyLoadCore -s" The webinterface should work now with the new version, perhabs some setting must be re-adjusted there.
