HDX 1000 firmware recovery

Very simple only use recovery file (up5fw2TP and boot-image) both put them in usb`s root folder.you must use component cables else you cant see any thing on TV(dont use HDMI). reboot it and wait tills screen go white.

I bought a HDX1000 as faulty as it sometimes didnt boot.
I am connected using component and no HDD instaled. I have followed the instuctions given but no luck.

I get to the loading screen then goes to blank screen red Led on.
on trying the rescue software on the usb nothing happens just blank screen.

I have read something about using a jumper but cant find any info on what to do with the HDX 1000. I found a picture of a PCH 110 board and there was a jumper across the middle pair on a bank of 5 pairs.

I tried putting a jumper in the same postion on my HDX 1000 and now when rescue started the usb drive flashes for a couple of seconds after about 10 seconds. nothing at all happens after that no colors displayed at all.

Any sugestions or is it totaly bricked.
