unfortunately, there's still a very tiny problem with european caracters...



should read "sœur" instead of "sÅ“ur" (ANSI caracter ALT+0156). weird that other caracters are now displaying correctly (éèùàêîûô...).

also caracter " ' " (ANSI ALT+0027) is wrongly detected : "L’agent" should be "L'agent".

maybe it's a problem with me and the way NMJED detect my language (stucked in EN in the new option field) ?

This was a problem with the way im converting the characters, I've now fixed this the next release hopefully wont have problems with any of these characters.

The language option only affects the list displayed in the "group" selection. To date I've only seen/tested this with "en" but NMJED will allow any value in there to act as a list filter, but I do not know how the popcorn hour will respond to that.

Next start will just berli show the window and the closed it again.

The program was working a week ago, but im not shure if i was the last version.

2.0.0.2 and 2.0.0.1 ... not working..
it could be sometihin wih database?!

I'm not sure what's going on there. I've just tested this against the latest rc3 release with no issues. Just uploaded a new version give it a try let me know how it go's.

Just uploaded version 2.0.0.3.

- Fixed bug where some more european characters were not displaying correctly (completely fixed this time hopefully).
- Added "Total Episodes" to Show editing format tab.
- Added Photo Date count updating.
- Added reading of information from MP3, MP4, AVI & WAV compatible files when adding new Music or Video to the database.

Hi All,

A few people have recently found an error where NMJED would open there database then immediately shutdown.
Thanks to help from TeMpL I have been able to locate and fix this problem. I will be uploading a fix release very soon.

Just uploaded 2.0.0.5 to fix the crash issue some users were experiencing. Also includes some performance tuning to improve response times on large databases.

I found another thing!
Deleting Photos function, does not delete all references of that "photo entry" ... The dates are still there...
NMJ is seeing now lots of date with empty entries ( i deleted all of photos),
By date entries remained in database: causing nmj to hang selecting them.
All other references are correcly "removed/deleted"

- Fixed bug were adding/deleting photos was not maintaining the Photo Dates correctly.
- Fixed bug where deleting photo's was not maintaining Photo count correctly.
- Added screen for checking and repairing invalid Photo Date entries.

- all european caracters aren't still fixed in Music and Photo tag ex: Femme d'Aujourd'hu
- when the folder is a link then adding a file (Music) complain that the path isn't ok - track file or folder must be on the same mount point relative to the nmj_database folder
- scan (Music) doesn't take link

Fixed bug where adding new photos was not maintaining photo dates correctly.
Fixed bug where path names were not being accepted as valid paths.
Removed XML notation (eg. ' ) when reading text.
Improved reporting to include Music & Photo's.
Added option to include folders when scanning for un-referenced files.
Added reading information from some picture file formats

ok all european caracters are OK
when adding a file (music) which is under a link still have an error
ex:
USB/Music/top/top - top50_7/Adam Lambert - Whataya Want From Me.mp3

where USB is a link folder under share which map my USB disk drive

got an error message when starting v2.0.0.7 :



reverted back to 2.0.0.6 and no error message (able to edit and save the DB). also tested to load the DB in NMJToolbox 1.0.3.1 and no error message. DB is working no problem on my C-200.

DB is fully created using NFO2NMJ 1.3.0.35. shall I give you a link to my media.db file if you wanna check it ?
