[A110] Trying to Access via USB Slave Mode
Win7 recognizes the partitions but wants to format it. What do I need to do in order to access the PCH in USB Mode?

THanks!

ext drives try either http://www.fs-driver.org/ or http://sourceforge.net/projects/ext2fsd/

One of them works on win7 i think.

Thanks!. Tried those both. Do they not work with Win7 64bit? Again the drive is recognized and it shows 3 partitions. I try to mount the largest one with the videos on it and it asks me if I want to format it. Aaaggh! Angry

RE: [A110] Trying to Access via USB Slave Mode
Just wondering if this PCH-A110 can get any more lame PITA than it already is. Good lord!. USB SLave mode doesn't do anything. No drive or USB recognition. I pulled the drive and put it in an external case. Using EX2 Vol manager it will show the drive but will not mount it. You try to assign a drive letter and it just won't. Windows wants to convert it to a dynamic disk so you cant add a drive letter either.

Next I tried the IFS-Driver.org and that one will mount the drive with a letter but when you try to access it you get a msg that the filesystem is corrupt and can't be read.

All I was trying to do was copy some movies off the thing. My GOD. I will have to transfer it over the Ethernet I guess. I HATE THIS THING!. Biggest POS I've ever wasted money on.
