keeps crashing

i am try to play this mkv file and at the same point it crashes my popcorn box. also try the same file with vlc and does the same.

i would try remuxing it with a newer version of MKVToolnix. i dont know a lot about video files but some times it works.

well it has started happening on other videos. i have check my nas drive for errors but there are no problems. so thinking of downgrading the firmware but not sure know

I've been having the same too with some mkvs. Was happening before I upgraded to latest firmware too though.
Video stops playing, goes back to menu, try and play any other videos and just get a screen shot of the video that crashed merged into the popcorn hour logo.
Have to power off the box to get it working again.
You getting the same symptoms?
