1 Yamj and 2 hard disk, is possible?

i have 1 internal and 1 external (usb) disc connect to my C200.

Actually i have two file index for each Hard disk....

Is possible have one file index for two hard disk?

how i can it????

I sure is possible. You have to had both disks to your library, with correct pathes.

If you use a graphic interface to YAMJ, that should be easy.

But if you don't, look at the xml file you use to describe your library. This file contains :
- the path of the disk/directory as seen by windows for YAMJ to have acces during construction of the index, the html files, ... the entire jukebox,
- the path of the same disk/directory as seen by the NMT so that it can correctly launch the videos for you to watch.

You can had several disks/directories in this file and have YAMJ create a single index + jukebox for all of them.

There are limitation concerning shares (SMB, NFS), but as far as disks are concerned you should be ok.


Have a look in the wiki or any thread named something like "introduction to YAMJ", and you may find a better explanation.

Use the GUI Config tool and set the first path. Then add the other path and click Add. Make sure you have both drives mapped in Windows and you know the name of the USB drive.
