By looking at the page I'm not sure what you want to do:
- Does this page serve video files that you want to see on your TV via the NMT?

If that's what you are looking for, could you please post a link to one of these video files, so we can examine what format the video is served in etc.

I do not know the format too but...

1. There is a version for linux & macos using Adobe AIR technology (http://www.ipla.pl/Ipla_Lite,3387/index.html)
2. There is also one version for android smartphones (http://www.ipla.pl/Android,5659/index.html)

from what is written on this page ipla.pl is quite interested in spreading this service everywhere they can. If someone could contact them I guess there would be no problem with making this available for PCH-200

They need an idea of what format the stream is, Flash, mp4 or whatever?

Stream a file and find out, or download one and scan it with mediainfo:

More checking and the problem is that they want you do download the app and the app is made so it can display adverts in many formats when you are watching. I'm afraid it can be not possible to build the app that by default extracts only the stream and kills the ads.

A bit of news...
Ipla is now available for PS3 console at http://tv.ipla.pl/ps3/. Unfortunately PCH can't open this site, because the web browser 'User Agent' is checked.
Of course, this page can be opened on Firefox with 'User Agent Switcher' add-on and PS3 profile.

It's possible to change 'User Agent' on PCH?
