I tried it on my PCH A210 and on PC in Opera in Firefox. Of course, in PC browsers the whole layout is messed up but the clock is working. The only difference is that on PCH localTime.getHours() returns UTC but on PC it returns your PC's local time so TimezoneOffset should be adjusted accordingly.
