RE: Youtube, Revision3 apps all stutter !!
Yep I can confirm too. Raising the TCP RX Window to a higher value than the default 5290, or setting it to auto solves the buffering issue.

It's because your pch had no video to play in the gaps where it was stuttering because of how the internet works. your setting is telling the remote servers you can get more data before they stop and wait to make sure you got it ok. They really should add in some sort of "check your player" option to these apps to figure out if your settings will even allow you to stream the video correctly.. a little info on the screen goes a long way. |

It can only be adjusted when the NMT operates in gigabit mode ("Auto" setting).
Media Player: Popcorn Hour C-200 (with Samsung SpinPoint HM500JI, Lite-On iHOS104-37 and Alpha WMP-ND02 WLAN-Module) TV: Grundig Vivance 32 LXW 82-6710 REF Receiver: Topfield 5000 PVRt (with 160 GB HD) Sound: LG FB162-DOU NAS: Netgear ReadyNAS NVX RNDX400E |

RE: Youtube, Revision3 apps all stutter !!
Well I tested it in 10/100 mode for me the playback was fine even though i can't set the RX window parameter. It doesn't seem to use the value I set in gigabit mode, because streaming works fine even when I set it to a low value where in gigabit mode the constant buffering occurred. So I think if it doesn't work in 10/100 mode, maybe your internet speed is not fast enough, or even the highest RX window value doesn't enough.

RE: Youtube, Revision3 apps all stutter !!
It would really be nice to have the possibility to buffer more streams with HDD installed and some better controls of buffering.
