Clips with playback problem

hi, I am having problem on some avi files. I have downloaded a japanese drama, and there are 4 episodes. Only the first file can be played on Popcorn, rest of the 3 files freezes my popcorn when i try to play them.

heres the firmware i have:

since these files are downloaded from same place, and only one of them can be played, i will go ahead and post the one that is playable and one which cannot be played on pch.
