m4a Files "Could Not Play"
It appears that this player should be able to play these files. Does anyone know why they wouldn't play, when an MP3 file shared in the same way plays fine?
Thanks TD |

RE: m4a Files "Could Not Play"
The audio file format used by Apple in their popular iTunes Music Store may appears with the .m4a extension. Then it may also contain drm, preventing it to play.
Give it a run with mediainfo to see more details? Audio, video, disco - I hear, I see, I learn. Wiki. Wiki? Wiki! |

RE: m4a Files "Could Not Play"
Sorry, I should have posted before. I have found the problem is the fact that these are ALAC files in an m4a container. As such, they are not supported by the player. I am going to try to get it working by using this app - http://www.networkedmediatank.com/showth...?tid=38845
