I have Popcorn Hour A-210. The network freeze, it it black screen, and not possible to do anything after using the network a few minutes to watch movie on the network. So have to unplug power and start it again. Is this a known problem that will be fixed, it is a firmware problem, or is is something wrong with my box, so I should get a new box on guarantee?

In regards to the MKV 3D support, I have the latest firmware for the A-210 and also renamed the files to filename.3DSBS.mkv, it seems that its being recognized as 3D content since at the NMJ the "3D" logo appear on the movie cover art but when its being played its not played well and I see both "Left" and "Right" images in a split screen.
Obviously I have a 3D tv and a-210 is connected to it using the provided HDMI cable.
What am I doing wrong ?

Not all 3d tv's will follow the 3d hdmi flag. specially if its an older 3d tv set.

Thanks for the prompt response, but I have a latest (2010) Sony 3D TV, and its working flawlessly with a blu ray player I have..

I am guessing here, but could it be due to the HDMI Cable ? I am using the one provided in the box of the PCH..its probably not HDMI 1.4 compatible..

I just purchased my A-210 with a wi-fi dongle. After pressing the red button I found the NMJ GUI interface working great with thumbnail images of all my movies. After checking the firmware version I decided to download the latest firmware update. The update process went smoothly as expected. My only problem now is that the same NMJ GUI interface which I love had 'shrunk' to the upper left hand corner of my screen. Has anyone encountered this at all? If so I would appreciate any help to get those great thumbnail images back to normal size. My TV resolution setting indicates that it is set at 720p when viewing the GUI screen. Should it be set for 480p instead? I suppose setting it at 1080p would make it shrink further. Help!!!

My PCH is connected via HDMI. Audio / Video settings on PCH are:
Video Output = Auto
Framerate Sync = NTSC / PAL / 24p
Video Zoom = Actual Size
TV Type = 16:9
Colorspace = 16-235

Btw, my firmware version is: 02-04-110308-21-POP-411-000
Kernel version: 21-POP
NMT Version: 02-04-101104-21-POP-411
Cardea License: Not Available (whatever that means)

Thanks.

My PCH is wirelessly connected via the WN-150 wifi dongle. I use an Apple Airport Express at home. Could that be an issue?

I have a video with a MP42 (Mpeg4 version 2) codec. I hear sound but just black screen. I have this latest firmware installed. Is it me or is it a bug? Can you verify this.
