Hi all,

we released two new apps on the market

YAMJ ver 1.0.2 developed by the Yamj Team Big Grin

(accident)

and

Howcast ver 1.1.0 developed by us.

If you mean the YAMJ application, then no, it's just another way to start your YAMJ jukebox
Your PC is still required

i get the error not a valid yamj jukebox or something like that...

so this app is usefull only to start yamj instead to go in to the folder and click on html file, right!? confused

It's mostly useful for popbox owners who can't launch YAMJ otherwise.

Yes. The application is designed for Popbox users who don't have that ability.
Accident thought that some 200 series users may also find it useful

I started a separate thread in the yamj forum. Feel free to post suggestions or problems. Like Baz and Omertron mentioned it's really meant for popbox users but I have no problems adding things that are useful to pch owners.

Some more details on the applications released would be a good idea, to make people wanna try it (I'm still wondering what Howcast & Mevio can do for me).

+ 1 - So.... what are they? Specifically Howcast? I would like to know before trying them out and wasting my time.

I agree, would be nice for a little more detail in a post.. However you do get a description of what it is, and if available screenshots in the app market.

I also tried it last night and got the same errror. I'm using YAMJ 2.3.

my Jukebox folder is located on \\server\Videos\Jukebox

Yup, of course information can always be found. But I wanted to remind you of the laziness of regular forum visitors who won't try to find out what it is if not explained directly in the post (screenshots are a good idea indeed).

what skin and firmware version are you on?
